So after being strung along for a few months about a really good job offer the person I was in contact with seems ot have fallen off the face of the planet, so the job hunt begins again. My current job is not getting me anywhere towards my career goals and I cannot build proper experience here. I don't want to just quit and spend all the time studying but I wantt o better develop skills to get into a better job. How do I do that without being employed somewhere that is willign to help with this or at least get me started? I do small projects at home and do quite some research but it is not practical hands on experience companies want. Any suggestions what to do? I could do a second weekend job but then i would never see anyone because of the long hours at my current job.
