I think there is a console command for it... I saw it listed somewhere.

I read that, but it said all it did was lower the frame rate, so it wasn't the same effect.

The command name is "timescale".

The command is there but it's not working.
On other Id games you have to set the sv_cheat to 1 before you can set the timescale but there is no sv_cheat in rage right now.
