just read on a Dutch website that bulletstorm on PC will require constant connection to the internet, since theyre both from EA my guess is crysis 2 will follow with this totally useless measure(not that it has ever stopped any pirating....)

If Crysis 2 has this, I will never buy it, not even on discount.

I hope Crysis 2 uses Steam as a DRM if anything.

Any other type of DRM is more of a nuisance than anything and the hackers get through them in a couple days anyway.

Nobody will ever have the ability to stop piracy,end of story.
So the devs should stop taking all this stupid measures because in some cases are affecting the people that actualy paid for they're games.

The constant internet connection measure, it never stopped piracy or anything for that matter. It would only ruin Crysis 2 if it had it, an activation or Steam would be more appropriate.

Ea is wanting ever one to auto log everything but bullet storm mite not seance its a EPIC game but mainly its a "look at my score on the leaderboard!"

I never said I had an issue. I'm just pointing out that if someone has an issue with constant connection being required then they probably don't have internet at all or have such low bandwidth (lol) that using it JUST to install a game is stupid.

My interent is awesome. Speedtest.net says I'm faster than 99% of the USA, I rarely have issues and don't care if it requires internet...I just feel for those who don't have it.
