I would like to pay an enchanter to enchant something to my specification. It would be nice if different enchanters had different levels of skills so not all enchanters could do enchant master enchantments but could.

I would like this feature because it would allow me to use powerful enchantments of anything I wanted without improving my enchantment perks and skill. This would also give me something to spend money on through out an entire games life cycle.

If this can already done so please forgive me but I have not found it possible yet.
