Does anyone notice any problems with this setup I am considering buying:

Nvidia Gefore GTX 680 2gb (1ghz)
Intel i7 3770 Quad (3.4ghz)
4x4GB DDR3 (1.333ghz)
Seasonic 620watt

The motherboard is an Intel BLKD-B75EN S1155 which I have no idea about how good/bad it is.
