One-Handed is a given.

Alteration for Paralysis and Flesh spells
Illusion for Muffle and Invisibility
Destruction for Shock spells
Enchanting

Maybe Block (Even if you aren't going to use a shield) and Smithing (Just Steel and Arcane Enchanter)
