I bought the Lakeview Manor plot, built up a bedroom and placed 2x children's beds and a child's chest. I removed the workbench in the room, placed a child's doll on one of the beds. And STILL i can not adopt a child? I thought the only requirement would be a childs bed and a chest. Thats it, i tried to adopt the girl from Windhelm. I have a steward (Lydia) AND my houscarl (Rynne or whatever she is called) guarding the house 24/7 as well..

Any ideas? Any help apreciated
