As part of the quests to become Thane of Falkreath, there's a Miscellaneous quest called "Assist the people of Falkreath". You have to help 3 different people. Now, I've helped 2/3. I helped the old Jarl steal that letter and I helped kill the dragon at Ancient's Ascent. Searching around on Google, I found that I was missing one from Runil, the guy at the graveyard. Now, this is the problem. I can't find him. My guess is that he died in one of the three dragon attacks that's happened in the town since I started playing.

So, anyone know what I can do? Could I respawn Runil or complete the quest using the console? I'm not sure how to go about this so any help is really appreciated. Thank you!

Um.... I've found that in other cities, giving a coin to the beggars counts as helping them. Tested this in Windhelm. Not sure if it works for all other cities, but I found 2 beggars there, and each one counted as it's own. So if you can't find this guy, see if you can just find a beggar to give a coin to. Hope that helps. Not sure how to fix the guy though.

Im stuck on this quest for a second time on consecutive playthroughts. Im thinking it is broken. The first time I was able to get 2/3 but this time I can only get one. Anyone actually complete this?

I still haven't been able to do or skip it. I still think it may be because someone in my game who should have given me a quest died. It could be the same thing for you.
