ive been letting 2 vampires hit me for 5 minutes now , its not telling me that i have been infected or something. i waited 3 days and i am still not a vampire. could it be because i used cheat to get all spells? or could it be because i use god mode cheat?

I think you have to actually sleep 3 times.

i did , but do i have to sleep in bed or i can sleep anywhere?

It should work anywhere that you can actually sleep. Waiting won't count.

It might have to be a bed you own or paid for. I'm not sure: I always tried to avoid becoming a Vampire, myself.

Imo its the god mode,you probably dont contract diseases in god mode.

It's in your spell menu ('P' for quick menu) under 'Active Effects'

Think neocoolzero is probably right. Also, if you used a cheat for god mode and to get all spells, it shouldn't really surprise you if things don't work quite right. You might want to try getting vampirism the normal way, and as a non-godly PC, to see what happens. I can't really offer any other advice.
