Actually making the quest to become a tane from Morthal. The problem is, that i can't get him to brawl with me. I only can ask him, what he is doing in the city and then he is crying around, that he isn't appointed to a guard. Are there any requirements for this?

Edit 1: Ok, i noticed its one of the mods installed. Still try to figure out, which one.

Edit 2: I activated all mods again and its still working. I yust got the Idea after i moved to another area and then i went back. And now it seems to work. Is there a reason for it?
