Tried to brawl with her to get her as a follower, but the dialogue option to do so never appears.

I've tried disable then enabling her, addfac, setrelationshiprank and even rdf (reset dialogue flags) but the game still won't let me follow her. Please help?!

Edit: I am using the latest patch and no I haven't modified her in any way.

Inside the inn in Whiterun, she sits there in the corner, right?
First thing out of her mouth when I spoke to her (with some ~400 hours on my character).
You've gotta be careful with these things Dralel; the console is not yer pal, you can mess up your precious savegame pretty good.
Go over to the 24-hour fletcher guy and try Jenassa (she's fantastic).
Come back and check Uthgerd out again in 50 or 100 hours...
She's not really that big of a deal.
Besides, she'll possibly punch you out heheh. She's grumpy...
I eventually took Uthgerd to The Blades (where she remains to this day).
So... you shut down and rebooted your machine, loaded a savegame fresh, and she still won't converse with you?

The strange thing is the dialogue to brawl with her does appear but once in a fresh savegame, and when I talk to her again it doesn't appear again. But on my current savegame, I've tried everything to make her work.

Talking to other followers works properly, I can brawl with them, ask them to follow me; it's just Uthgerd.
