i know i can get a dog but i'd like some sort of livestock for my 'pet area' or whatever it's called at my house. i would assume it's possible to at least get chickens because i'm allowed to build the area for animals, but i have no idea how to do it. Could someone please let me know if i can get chickens or better yet cows? thx

You can buy two or three chickens(I would stick with two and get the third if they have an accident) and a cow for the pen, and you can buy a horse for the stable. Once you have a steward you can ask them to purchase the livestock for you, they can be found under the dialogue option, home improvements.

i also came home and my daughter asked if we could keep the dog. that was weird. when i told her we could keep it i looked around but didnt see it anywhere. maybe it was outside or something. i didnt look real hard
