can't call durnvuir from soul cairn...or learn soul tear : V

I have all three words but can't call him from soul cairn or then learn soul tear shout...i'm 360 user is this a glich or is there a way to fix without going back to save in the soul cairn i ahve rea dother forum on this site but when i am in a wide open area (rorikstead) all that happens is one word and then my cursors clicks red and screen shakes and nothing
