I'm hitting "F" and it won't change between 1st and 3rd person anyone else have this problem?

Are you trying to change views at the very beginning in the cart ride when you are bound? If so you can't change view yet. You have to complete up until you aren't tied up and then change views.

Before or after you have been untied ? If before just wait a bit longer and they untie you then it works -- If after then you might have a problem.

Not up to that yet. I think some portions of the game only have 1 view type of either 1st or 3rd person view and you can't change that. Hope someone else can come along that might expand on if you are supposed to be able to change at that part, or if it is a bug.

Edit: Until you are untied you can't switch view.
