Are the houses in the DLC going to be set, for example, if you buy a small or big or whatever home deed, do we just buy the new rooms and extensions without choosing the actual layout, sort of like how we just bought new extensions for the dlc houses in oblivion? So in short, everybodys house would look the same in the end? I noticed when looking at the house book in the trailer, there were pictures of were the new extension would be on the house. I think this may be the case... i dont know if anyone else expected different but i was hoping to be able to choose the actual layout of the rooms...

I doubt you will be able to choose the layout of the rooms. You will probably just be able to choose which additions to make and how to decorate (theme) them.

I don't think they'll let you build an unique house.

More like what it's currently like when you buy an upgrade to your house. You can select which addons you want to your house, and it's built where it's supposed to be.

i doubt you'll even get to choose decorations or theme, only if you want them or don't. I'm guessing that the home from the video is the fully upgraded version
