Can't contact Bethesda Support

Post » Wed May 16, 2012 8:57 am

I'm trying to get through to Bethesda Support with their UK support form located here: http://www.gamesas.com/eng/contact_email.php

Conveniently the submit button does nothing at all, after I spent a good amount of time typing out a nice elaborate description of my problems.

Has anyone got a direct e-mail I can contact Bethesda with? I can't seem to find anything useful by searching :(

Yep, SupportUK@gamesas.com - though be warned, all they'll say is to try the rudimentary steps you no doubt already have. They are very polite but sadly they don't seem to be able to give any concrete info on anything.

No doubt they are swamped with hundreds of thousands of requests and have closed up shop and gone for a few days holiday.

I'm going to be optimistic and take this a sign that they're hard at work on a patch.

There's been a number of pages set up on the Tech Support web site, but last time I checked, it was just a framework.

Well we can hope, but it would be in better form to at least mention it in a sticky...my poor volume problem means i'm seriously having to consider buying the game again on the 360 just so i can hear the darn thing.

Thanks for that - I'll give it a go. I've also made sure I've worded my e-mail appropriately so they won't be able to tell me to do any of these rudimentary steps (I've included a list of things i've done, including "turning my PC off then back on again", because tech supports seem to be a massive fan of this one). Fingers crossed I'll be able to actually play this game come next week. Heck, if I had the money, I'd buy a darn 360 and an HDTV and play it on that, in spite of my disdain for consoles. I'm turning desperate here!
