Thank you, Ji Soo.
About the Height.. on First Person you (High Elf) still are shorter than Nords aren't you? I heard this complain before, but I never checked it myself.

As if your eyes are in your neck.

I did have a bug once that made my altmer shrink to bosmer-size.
I only found out when I entered the embassy, and compared myself to those giants.
(player.sixchange fixed it)

I just hit crouch and it fixes it. It seems to revert to crouching position now and then.

I had a dragon attack Riften in my first playthrough and one attack Markarth my second. It's incredibly annoying since they typically only have 1-2 places they can land so I can smack them w/ my sword(s).

I've had dragons attacked in Solitude and the "un-walled" cities (e.g. Morthal, Winterhold), but not the other walled cities (Windhelm, Riften, Whiterun). Extremely irritating. The number of dragon skeletons mucking up the market is getting out of hand.

BTW I recently completed the Civil War quests (Stormcloaks) and the dragon attacks in Solitude are markedly less - haven't had one yet. I'll let you know how it goes.

I think I've only had one attack inside city walls (Solitude) so far.

Oddly enough, I haven't been attacked in one of the walled imperial cities yet. Just coincidence though.
Is it?

are bretons shorter than nords who are in turn shorter than altmer?

but arent bretons half mer meaning they should be slightly taller than nords? or is it an issue with climate.

Yeah, I wonder that, too.
Cross breeding usually produce a better species, shouldn't it? Normally it's family members doing each other that will go wrong. There's like a community in my area where people just marry their own family members and most of them are now disabled physically & mentally..
This is the opposite of Bretons which according to the lore came from High Elves & Imperials.. Maybe the lore got it wrong? Maybe it was Falmers & Imperials? That would explains the height.
