Can't dual wield spells..? : V

Very confused. I can get M1 + M2 for weapons, but spells will only bind to my M2. I've tried everything! Do I learn this later on or something?

I think its a perk or something you need to learn

I know theres a perk called dual casting..but idk that unlocks the ability, or just makes it better.

or maybe theres not a perk called that and im crazy.

You can equip spells in both hands straight away, but you need the dual casting perk from each tree in order to combine spells for greater effect.

I think its an unlock, the perk that is.

I believe you have to unlock it for every spell group.
