I just completed Diplomatic immunity, and for some reason i can't fast travel or wait anymore. I just finished running all the way to riverwood to grab my gear and i still get the "can't fast travel while guards are pursuing you" message. Any advice to what to do or should i just load a previous save? I'm on xbox 360 if that helps.

Check your stats to see in what hold you have a bounty.
Pay off the bounty.

If that doesnt work, reload a save from before you encountered the bug.
