I have checked the UESP wiki. It says it's Left of the Boneyard (where Sereana's mother is) and there is a broken Word Wall with a chest. Well I can't find this broken Word Wall with chest anywhere. Where am I suppose to be looking?

Can anyone help me here please? It's driving me crazy and I am no longer having fun with this quest now.
