After completing the Ark Equipment quest in Jackal Canyon I received the Talk to Portman quest. It says to talk to Portman in Subway Town but I am unable to find him/her anywhere. I have been to all four levels of Subway Town and walked up to everyone and none of them are named Portman. Does anyone remember where they found him/her?
