can't find 'reduce mana for destruction spells' item!

Post » Mon May 21, 2012 10:38 am

I'm level 25,
and I find a lot of Conjuration & Restoration mana reducing items - but not Destruction!

so far I've visited only 2 of the main cities - and I scanned all the items merchants offer to sell - but still no luck....

does anyone knows of a place that's guaranteed to find such an item ? (So I can dissect and mutilate the sh!t out of it till I can make more of the same :)

Pretty sure I scanned through all the mage-merchants of the collage and didn't find it....
but I'll give it a second try - thanks.

anyone else?

i have a circlet that has a 12% cost reduction for destruction that i found as random loot in a cave so i assume if i broke it down it would do just XX% reduction for destruction, haven't done it and reloaded a prior save to see though. other than that, the one elf who's name i forget but starts with an "E" that can get thing others cant at the mages college has robes that have the fortify destruction and magic regen ability for like 3000 gold.

"fortify destruction and magic regen" is very common - but when you disenchant it still remains "fortify destruction and magic regen" - and doesn't break to two different enchantments...

where can I find those Theremore mages?

The stocks refresh after some time, too, so you will eventually find something simply due to refreshing the stock list.

You want the items that only reduce cost, they are much better enchantments. The regen part of the robe enchantments will enchant with a really weak value.

5 minute after that I had 3 items with 23% reduc each :)

Didn't the dark brotherhood robes reduce destruction spell costs by 12 percent or something like that?
