Yeah, this is really frustrating me now. And it's probably going to be one of those things i look back at in a few days, and laugh at how stupid im being, but the fact remains, help is needed!!

I have to find a non-essential wood-elf to kill for a quest, but i can't seem to find any of the damn things! I've mainly been looking in bandit camps etc, and in some cities, but what im after still eludes me!

Anyone care to point me in the right direction?
