I'm stuck trying to finish the GI blues quest. I have the optional part to talk to Srgnt. Elizabeth, but I have no idea where she is. The required part of the quest is to investigate the rumor of free food and water being handed out. But there is only one quest marker on my compass, and it doesn't guide me anywhere but to the gate at Freeside. I've walked around all over the place trying to find a character to talk to for help, but I'm finding nothing. Any ideas?
