Hey peeps

I don't know if it's just me, but I'm stuck at the Telvani Tower, where you have to put the soaked taproot in the broken part of the tower. The problem is I'm unable to "float" I'm playing on pc btw.
I read somewhere that there may be a conflict with MODs, so I disabled all my mods and ran the game, but still the same problem no "floating". It's really annoying because it is part of the main quest :/
If anyone knows how to get round this glitch I would be very happy!!

If any of your mods used FNIS to alter the vanilla animations, try downloading the latest version of FNIS from the Nexus, and use the generator tool to update your animation files.

Can't ride Sahrotaar up to Miraak? Remove meshes/actors/dragon/character assets/skeleton.nif.

Can't absorb dragon souls? Make sure you have neither MQKillDragonScript.pex or DragonActorScript.pex in your data/scripts folder.

Can't float up the Tel Mythrin levitator? Update FNIS.

The three most common issues, all caused by mods.

Use levitati- oops wrong game but yea you most likely have a conflicting mod or something broke.

If you can't find the problem you can always type tcl into the console and float up that way...
