I'm at the part where I'm supposed to follow her to the boneyard/elder scroll but she doesn't move. I tried enabling and disabling her, and killing then resurrecting her. neither worked. help is appreciated

I have this issue aswell, and it seems quite common through my searches over the internet. There is a post on Nexusmods forums about a fix using the Console Commands however. Although, personally I rather not use console commands in this way because it can cause future problems with later quests. Because of this, I must wait for an offical fix from Bethesda or some other person to make an unoffical fix for this perticular problem.
