Can't get any Fort Dawnguard members to give the option to a : V

I have finished bloodline quest and returned to Fort Dawnguard on returning I was attack by three vampires after killing them Isran sent me to get two new members at want point am I able to get the option of adding Durak and the other Dawnguard members as followers

Get further into the quest. Not sure exactly when though.
