Cicero is so annoying so I want to sacrifice him at the pillar but he won't use it. I'm using the "I need you to do something command" even with having him standing right next to it. I even stood on the arrow and had him stand on the arrow and neither of those worked also. Can you sacrifice him? If not is there a list of people I can do that with?

I doubt that you can ... he is an essential, quest-related NPC.

usually you just have to triple click a or whatever system you are using i sacrificed some random guy in riftin it took me double tap of A button then it worked.

i tried an initiate assassin and it would not kill her either.

so i went and got uthgert the unbroken and it worked like a charm.

The Initate Assassin is essential as well, for some reason. I think you have to do unessential ones. I chose Eola or that irritating Brelyna Maryon.
