Can I get an OFFICIAL answer please!?

I, like many others, pre-purchased Crysis 2 for the PC based on my enjoyment of Crysis, Crysis Warhead and the advertisemant that went into Crysis 2.

We were promised the following which I am yet to see :

Fully destructible Worlds
A new Engine with amazing graphics
The best, and smartest, AI system available
and some more...

All of which have not been given.

The destructibility is worse than the old NES Mario Bros. games, you could at least destroy some bricks there.

The graphics can only be set to High, Very High, and Extreme which to me still looks worse than the original Crysis.

Finally, I find myself fighting aliens and soldiers that are running into doors and walls. Hardly smart eh?

Basically what I got for my $60 pre-purchase :

A buggy game where Ive fallen through textures under the world several times in the campaign mode
A completely unplayable Multiplayer with tons of serial key bugs, games not starting, and stats reseting amongst other things.
A step down from the original game in every sense.

Now I understand on release games will have bugs, and these bugs will be fixed later in patches, but thats not my issue

My main question is as follows :

Will we get everything that was promised (Mainly good graphics and destructible worlds, I mean for **** sake DX9 REALLY!? on your new state of the art engine, you use DX9!? ), or should I take this up with EA and Crytek to refund my game for false advertising and releasing an unfinished game?

What are you trying to achieve with these questions?
Asking pointless questions isnt gonna bring new features to the game.
Theres currently much more important issues with the game, as example: cant log in to multiplayer, stats reseting, disconnection issues, pirates playing with fake serial keys, gamesas not recogdnizing accounts, etc...
They got their hands full working on these issues, dont expect answers anytime soon.

Im tired of that kind of threads.

You want refund? Nice, go where you bought the game and you get your refund.

9 of 10 answers in every kind of thread is "CRYTEK MIMIMIMI EA MIMIMIMI REFUND MIMIMIMI"

Crytek already said they are working harder on the C2 issues, if you dont want to wait, go to your nearest EA Store of your home and ask for refund.

Answer: YES

Everything will be fixed NEWB. Crysis 2 isn't exactly done -_-" Why? Not because of Crytek, but because of EA. They didn't give enough time for Crytek to finish the game. A game like this with such high standards needs at least another 4-5 months for proper completion, that's how the servers, EVERY BUG, specific-to-pertaining-platform features (like the PC features such as advanced custom options and DX11 and such), and for proper game testing.

Every platform has problems. You just need to wait for the game to be finished by patches and updates.

This is what im talking about, Ive read 5,000 posts about people talking about it, but not an OFFICIAL response on whether something is going to happen. All I see is user speculation, thats why I want a CRYTEK response, because user speculation is worth **** imo. I just want to know if they are going to implement those things or not, from crytek not some random idiot. The only issues they said they are working on are multiplayer bugs and thats it.

The things people are mad about most aren't really "problems", they are actual decisions crytek made when making the game. They said early in development they wanted all platforms to look the same, and thats why we have crappy PC graphics. They got rid of the weapon grabbing animation, they got rid of quicksaving, they got rid of first person driving, they dumbed down the nanosuit, they killed off everyone from the first game, and these were DECISIONS they made, not glitches that didnt have time to be fixed. Crytek screwed themselves on this one.

1-Dude the graphics look sweet on PC :/ Is it just the monitor solution you and others have? I seriously need to make a Crysis 1 comparison vid with this game. On DirectX9 Crysis 2 maxed out is hands down pure GORGEOUS. The light rays, shadowing, textures, smooth edges, particles and effects, physics, and etc. are just freakin' AWESOME. The only thing that is missing is shooting down trees. Crysis 1 I think people see as better looking because it was on an island, but I mean, I still remember that Crysis 1, when in the less jungle like areas, didn't look as good. When I get the chance to make a comparison vid, I'll have to make it in 1080p, with specific text to show what is being compared. Just my work needs to ease up >_>

2-Loss of quicksaving is a good and bad decision. Good decision because it engages and demands skill and for you to not **** up too much. Quicksaving makes the game SUPER EASY. But it was a bad decision because now I can't quick save in one spot, and replay one segment of a level several times (since you can play the game multiple times). instead if i want to replay, I need to start far back which svcks.

3-Loss of grabbing animation is miss too. TBH, it's not a big deal, this is where people get nit picky. In Crysis 1, it's a nice thing to have, but I mean it wasn't ALL that great. Still though, it did help immersion. Then again, we have immersion with the bobbing HUD.

4-Loss of first person driving is one feature I agree shouldn't have been removed. And it's not because of consoles this happened, because look at BC2. First and third person driving can be done on all platforms. This decision puzzles me. I never liked first person driving, and looking at early warhead showings of the game a few years back, Crytek always drove in third person. :p

5-Dumbed down nanosuit? Just because strength and speed mode aren't separate doesn't mean its dumbed down at all. Nanosuit modules and the fact that I'm CONSTANTLY changing modes to adapt are two excellent reasons as to why the suit is superior to the first one. In Crysis 1, I just simply.....stayed in armor mode, went to cloak occasionally. SOMETIMES i'd go into strength, and RARELY into speed. The streamlining is nicer IMO, and gives room for other suit features (nanovision for example)

6-Nomad was garbage, so whatever...he was boring. But I'm curious as to what happened to Pshycho. I think Crytek is going to have some kind of bridge between the first and second game, they talked about it too. In some kind of comic or book of some sort. But IMO, if I go behind Crytek's eyes, and see all the critiscm to the first games story, then I wouldn't care about trying to just forget about it and start over. I loved Crysis 1's story, but let's face it, it's only NOW LATELY that people are loving the first game's story and that's because they want to love it in order to call Crysis 2 crap (it's a hater thing people got going on).

Regarding what Crytek said would be in Crysis 2:

I sent Cry-Adam a message with a link to a CryEngine 3 advertisemant, asking where any of the promised features were in the game itself, to which he responded "That is a CryEngine 3 advertisemant, not a Crysis 2 advertisemant". So, pretty much, every single demo or ad you saw which demonstrated remarkable features which should be in Crysis 2 was, in fact, for CryEngine 3.

Through careful, deliberate wording Crytek just Jew'ed us out of a huge list of promises.

^^ This is the closest answer I've gotten to the question I've posted.

So if all they showed us were demonstrations for CRYENGINE 3. Where and when do they plan to implement them?
