I read an article that talked about people demoing the game before BRINK even came out so why haven't we seen some gameplay yet? I'm pretty excited about this game but I have to say of the year Fallout new vegas and Skyrim are the only hits out of the like ten stinking games Bethesda backed this year so I'm digging deep before I buy any more. So hook us up yeah?

When me and my friends discus games online, we send trailers to each other. People have sent me trailers for Modern Warfare 3, Saints Row 3, Darkness 2, Prototype 2 and Metal Gear Rising that have caused me to pre order those games. I've talked a lot about Dishonored, but without a trailer I have no way of showing them what the game be like. Also, every time I bring it up they tell me they just don't pre order games without seeing trailers in advance. Bethesda is missing out on that income and the pre orders from everyone else who wants to see a trailer first.

dont worry im sure they will release one when they are ready. also cancel that pre-order for mw3 real quick. the game is a joke compared to previous cods. they got real lazy. your better off getting MW2 or MW1, far superior games. trust me(well in multiplayer terms). and besides you shouldnt buy just based off a trailer! well im sure you dont your just using persuasion techniques cos ur getting desperate

one thing i know is. im getting this game, trailer or no trailer. of the few things that have been already confirmed you dont even need a trailer. ive told my friends already, they will be buying it ill make sure of it. my biggest hope though is attributes and skills, or some variation of em.
edit: i forgot about the xbox360 community im in, they will need a trailer to be persuaded. but no rush. no pressure.(except the pressure to make the greatest game of all time! )

I already have MW3. It came out a month and half ago. Also, I have Dishonored pre-ordered and I'm excited for it too. I wasn't using persuasion techniques because of desperation. I genuinely think releasing a trailer is in everyone's best interest. Everyone knows the number one way to promote anything is with a commercial.

Oh yeah! I swear my brain malfunctions all too frequently. lol. yeah your right a trailer is in everyones best interest. but i can wait.

The devs said they were going silent for about 6 months or so. So I wouldn't expect anything for a couple more months yet.

Fortunately, that was 4 months ago, so we should be hearing more again relatively soon. I'm assuming since it's a 2012 release, they'll have a big PAX/E3 presence -- especially since Zenimax only has one other big game launch slated for next year (unless I'm remembering incorrectly or Doom 4 magically appears).
