I have a problem with this quest. Halbarn, the smith at Thirsk asked me to fetch him some ebony and stalhrim ore. But when I try to give it to him there is no dialog option. Has anyone had this problem on the 360?

I hope this isn't going to be yet another quest that is permanently open and I can't close.

Are you sure he is not busy doing something else? NPCs will ignore you if there is a script controlling them at the time. Wait a bit.

Also, sometimes these quests need a trigger, are you supposed to get an update when you have found all the ore? (as in this is an active quest)

Have this Problem on the 360? Did people already Illegaly port it?

He didnt realise its only on xbox I guess. However yes there are ways people have gotten it on PC.

No. This quest doesn't update as you get the ingots.
I can't think of any of the "bring me " quests in this DLC that does actually.
