Im playing as a stealthy mage. I use mostly Illusion and conjuration, but when i want to sneak attack someone i need a dagger. Sure i use a normal one but it just made me think why is there not a bound dagger?

Been a while since I saw a can I haz anything. (Can I haz recon armorz, lol.) No clue why not. Try the sword. Or the bow. The bow is better for sneak attacking since it is quieter.
