Can Iyou run it?

Hey there, I was just wondering if I'd be able to run the ESO at high-ultra, most preferably ultra.
I'm very aware of the fact that the specs haven't been announced yet, but we can estimate and attempt to work out what would work and what wouldn't.
Also, I wanted to add that; I played Planetside 2 on ultra with smooth gameplay and I can run Skyrim on highest settings, too.
Now, here's the specs of my current system.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Intel? Core? i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz.
CPU speed; 3.3 GHz.
8.2 GB of RAM.
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition, 64-bit.
Video card; GeForce GTX 550 Ti.
----------------------------------------
Pixel Shader version; 5.0.
Vertex Shader version; 5.0.
Dedicated Video RAM; 1.0 GB.
-----------------------------------------
Sound card; NVIDIA High Definition Audio.
Free disk space; 276.8 GB.
Thanks for all the help, and sorry to be "that guy", but I'd rather be prepared to upgrade than not to be prepared and possibly ruin the gameplay experience.
Feel free to post yours, also.
Try the http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri for the newest Tomb Raider and Crysis 3 game. If you get the recommended
mark one of them, I'm 100% sure you will be able to run ESO on highest settings.
