I can't load Skyrim on Steam. : V

Hi everyone,
I just got Hearthfire not long ago, but even before I got Hearthfire, this glitch happened sometimes. And it stills happens though (i've got dawnguard too)
So when I open Skyrim on Steam, the window "Launching TES V: Skyrim...." keeps opening, then closing. This is very weird.
Can you help me please?

I have no idea how to fix this, sorry.

If I was in your shoes, I would delete the ini files (Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini) that are in My Documents/My Games/Skyrim. The game will generate them anew when you launch it.

It still does the same thing, even though i deleted Skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini
