So far, I've yet to be proven wrong by a guide, wiki or whatever. I really hope this is a typo. Leaving two races excluded in this is just lame :/

Can a moderator possibly clear this up?

We have already found three to four things wrong with the guide I'm sure its a typo. If it's not I'm sure Bethesda will patch this or make it DLC or someone will mod it.

It's most likely a mistake made by the guide. Khajiit and argonians might make some sense, but definitely not bosmer.

Would be great if someone from Bethesda could give a yes or no on this.
