If you wann max out Alchemy that quick and obviously don't mind using shady practices, just do the fortofy restoration glitch. A couple of those potions and you'll have 100 alchemy in no time.

Not to mention that when it comes to crafting skills its cheaper to buy the components and use the skill then it is to pay for training. With alchemy it can get profitable.
