Can Orcs become a Werewolf?

Post » Tue May 15, 2012 12:01 am

I kind of want to be an Orc, but I also like to become a Werewolf later on.
So is it possible?

Thanks.

Orsimer can catch any disease other races can
But I'm not sure regarding having werewolves in game

Every race can do everything. Bethesda would never limit certain things to certain races.

Werewolf.

The first part, wer, translates as "man" (in the specific sense of male human, not the race of humanity generally). It has cognates in several Germanic languages including Gothic wair, Old High German wer, and Old Norse verr, as well as in other Indo-European languages, such as Sanskrit 'vira', Latin vir, Irish fear, Lithuanian vyras, and Welsh g?r, which have the same meaning. The second half, wulf, is the ancestor of modern English "wolf"; in some cases it also had the general meaning "beast."

Manbeast.

Manbearpig.

Technically only humans should be able to, but that's Bethesda's choice.

Actually they're elves too.

And Orsimer aren't humanoids how exactly?

They're more creatures to me, but that's just me being racist against Orismer. xD

Humanoids was the wrong word also, I guess.

Considering that werewolfs aren't even in the game, and they may never be, I'd say that it's not of my biggest concern. But yes, if werewolves WERE in the game, then the Orcusi would be able to become werewolf. If not for lore, then for racial gameplay balance.

Edit: nvm, seems like Bethesda was lying to us. THANKS Bethesda, for lying about it because this is a great surprise. :D
