yes with the 2 highest perks in the pickpocket perk tree (ones for weapons second for armor/clothes)

Unless they're essential, meaning you'll never be able to get some of the best clothes in the game without the console or mods...

I like sneaking through caves and robbing bandits so they are naked and weaponless. then I stand up so they see me and start fist fighting heh.
