Hi ive some questions that some people might wonder:

1st: Can a player from Aldmeri Dominion travel to the areas of Ebonheart Pact or Daggerfall Covenant?

2nd: If yes, can that player attack attack other players of other factions on those areas?

3rd: Is there planned to exist mounted combat in ESO?(there should be a significative disavantage due to the great speed advantage)
