Can I reset an NPC with the console?

Is it possible to use console commands to completely reset an NPC to the state they were in before you first met them? I'm currently doing the quest "We Will All Go Together" at Camp Searchlight, and for some silly reason, I seem to have locked myself out of the "good" outcome for Pvt. Edwards. I tried resetting the quest, but that only resets a part of the dialogue - the critical part (asking him about the dog tag) is unchanged. I tried disabling/enabling the NPC but that didn't help either. So does anybody here know how to completely reset an NPC?

I'm not very good with the console but I can tell you that in Fallout 3 one way was (placeatme.leveledactor #) or something like that. The Fallout Wiki also mentions nothing about this. Apart from reloading a previous save (which svcks) I can't think of any way to do it. Users on the G.E.C.K. forum will be better equipped to answer your question.

My guess is that you will have to figure out all the components of the quest and reset them all. All NPCs as well as the quest itself.
