Can i run Skyrim ultra high graphic setting

Hello I was wondering if i can run skyrim on ultra high on my computer.
I currently have 16gb of ram
and I ordered

So can i run it.

Oh and can I record with fraps

The card's more than powerful enough. The processor is adequate, but with Skyrim (and most games) what you want more than the number of cores is the clockspeed of each core. 2.7 Ghz is plenty, but you may find some script-heavy quests or locations taking a little longer to load.

You'll also want to post this in the PC section.


EDIT: You'll also want to consider your power supply. A card that powerful will probably require 500W, and with everything else in a computer to match the card, you may want 650W+. I don't know if you've had any issues with this in the past, but you may want to consider an adequate cooling system as well - cards with that much power tend to run rather warm.
