This is currently of great interest to me. I have a Necromage Vampire who was built getting Necromage first then other perks so that perks affected by Necromage would be boosted for my character.
Now unfortunately, my vampire is a sufferer of the "burnt face" vampire glitch. I found the cause - Eyeliner. If create a character and have any sort of eyeliner and then become a vampire you will get said glitch. Now, my problem is that I cannot cure my character, edit my face via sculptor, and then become a vampire again because I will lose the boosts from perks affected by Necromage.
For example, I have a carry capacity of 425. 300 (Default) + 100 (Extra Pockets) = 425 (Extra 25 because I was a necromage vamp then took the perk Extra Pockets). If I cure my vampirism and become a vampire again, my carry capacity becomes 400 which leads me to believe it'll mess all the other perks I took AFTER becoming a Necromage Vamp. As such, you can see why this supposed sculptor glitch greatly interests me at the moment.
