cuz i am stealth i need some archer,and i want to talk to faendal but not interactive menu appears,so what to do?i am lvl 40 btw

Did you do the quest involving him and Sven? If so, if you completed the quest in Sven's favor, you can't talk to Faendal. Sven is an archer though, so you can take him. Jenassa in Whiterun is another good archer follower.

Jenassa in Whiterun, can find her in the archery shop. She is good at stealth. Personally, I use Sven. I gave him some armor that helps his stealth and he generally does fine.

Well, I'm biased, but Cicero's pretty awesome Plus I think he has stealth/muffle boots by default so he won't give away your location as much as other companions might.

Other than that, it depends on what you're looking for. If you want a bit more damage, might want to bring along a mage. I hear they're pretty effective (there's one at Azura's shrine who is also quite beautiful, in my opinion). Or you could bring a warrior to take damage for you, just don't be surprised if they're attracting every enemy in the dungeon due to their loud armor.
