I'm not married yet but if I do can I turn my wife into a vampire?

lol i knew some one would post this soon lol but now u cant the npc u com in contact with cant be turned because our chars dont have the mechanics for it sorry

Incorrect Yes you can if you do a Volkihar Sidequest, it will be given by Vingalmo. He will ask you about your wife and he will tell you to turn her into a vampire.

You can actually. It's a side quest called "The Gift." Be sure it's during the side quest, or you might end up killing her/him.
