I couldn't find this in the bugs section so far, so...

I've been playing the game on PS3 for a few hours and as soon as I first started using the flame spell and favorited it, it seems that it never can be unequipped for more than a few seconds if I'm in the middle of a fight.

At first I thought it was my controller, but I then I took Flame off of my favorites and it's still happening.

It really svcks being in the middle of a battle and being forced to use the flame spell because it keeps equipping in the middle of the fight for absolutely no reason.

Anyone else have this issue or know if it will be fixed soon?
