I can't use normal attacks?! : V

I can't use normal attacks anymore. Power attacks are doing good and I still can unsheathe my weapons with left mouse click but I can't use normal attacks at all. The animations won't play, the damage isn't dealt, nothing at all. I can't use spell as well, either hands have this bug, so the only thing I can do is power attacks.When I disable Dawnguard everything is fine and dandy again. This has been tested with no mods at all and I've been reinstalling Skyrim for this, everytime I enable Dawnguard this bug occurs.

Any fix for this?! Please say yes :confused:
