Vegans don't eat honey or drink milk, they abstain from animal products.

You mean http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegan?

Are you planning on becoming a vegetarian or vegan? Can't renounce to jell-o?

Actually, vegetarians can dissolve if they come into contact with milk. Except for stoat milk. True story.

Vegetarians likely won't eat jell-o (we call it jelly in England) because it's made with gelatine, which is essentially crushed animal bones. Vegetarians usually still drink milk and eat cheese though.

It's vegans who don't have any animal products, including milk, cheese and butter.

That's a popular misconception, but they don't actually dissolve. Instead they revert back into a primordial jelly. That's why grocery stores have refrigerator units in their dairy section - not to keep the milk cold, but to solidify all the lost vegetarians who wandered into the wrong aisle.

A better question is:

Has EpicFail ever heard of Google?

Or why didn't he ask this in his soul mate thread since it's about his soul mate?

Well your question was answered, but I fail to see how not allowing meat in the house is not forcing beliefs, to an extent. It's not like she's eating it.

"Well, I won't force my beliefs on to you. But you'd better come to my church/chapel/temple/mosque every X day of the week or it's over."

Or even better: why didn't he ask his soulmate? She should know if she drinks milk.

If this isn't forcing one's beliefs, then I don't know what is. Will you at least be allowed to eat meat when she's not with you?

Can Vegetarians drink milk? No. As others have mentioned, it will kill them- in a slow and painful manner.

Bud, I don't know how to break this to you, but you're destined to be under someone's thumb your entire life.

This, for sure. Next thing you know it'll be, "I won't make you throw away that shirt, but you can't keep it in the house or wear it when I can see you," or, "I won't tell you what you can or can't watch on TV, but I will tell you what you can or can't watch on our TV..."

Bad way to start a relationship. If you can't coexist then you can't coexist.

Some of these responses are a little harsh, but let me put it this way.

I wouldn't even consider making compromises to move in with someone you've never seen. This whole situation is starting to sound really fishy to me, start taking this seriously, your life could literally be at risk here.

I used to work with a guy that had that kind of relationship with his wife. He wasn't allowed to touch the remote control. I mean literally not allowed...she would actually slap his hand away and scold him. *shudder*

I get control of the television/remote for 167 hours a week. I'm forced to watch Grey's the other hour.

Actually that's a lie, because my daughters get about 165 of those hours...
