So i killed the bloke in the museum in Dawnstar because i wanted to loot all the items lol. My problem is the Mehrunes’ Razor Pieces of the Past Quest (Artifact quest) requires you to speak to him :/. My question is can you bring said people back to life? I've seen the error of my ways haha.

Yes, but it'd bug the living piss out of the game (using devconsole on PC..)

1) Press ~
2) Aim
3) type 'resurrect'
4) Prosper

hit `, type resurrect, click the target, hit enter

I have done this to rez dead companions and horses and haven't had an issue or bug short of you better loot your companion first because it resets them and any gear they had on them is deleted.

Just a heads up, I think this disables Steam achievements... if you're into that sort of thing.

What if they arent using a pc? Then the answer is no.
