Not sure if this is a problem (lag issue or just how the game is) ~ I've noticed when I'm being shot at - I don't always hear the gun firing at me; first I know about being shot at (unless I can see them) is a hit detection (if I'm lucky) or instant death.

It happens yes. I don't have an explanation though.. Usually what happens to me is that I explode when someone shoot at me. Very unfortunate.

Yeah, that happens to me too. That and the occasional match with no sound at all, except for some footstep sound...

It even happened in a private match i was on today, and we were only 2 guys in the same match, from the same country! So i guess lag may not be causing it.
