Can you make it with a light armor warrior archer?

I was having difficulty on expert. I have read a lot that people prefer light armor for their sword and board or dual wielders. Are you guys able to do it? What difficulty do you play on? I want to keep it on expert. I use archery also, but do not want to sneak around being cheap.

I use almost strictly light armor and I play on Master. My character uses Archery and Dual Wielding a lot and I think Dragons are a breeze.

Its doable. Difficult at first but definitely doable.

Any tips? I don't want to enchant anything, or use alchemy too much. A little bit of smithing is ok.

I find I keep going back to my heavy armor warrior, but I want to play a different style, and I really enjoy the feel of light armor, if that makes any sense.

Light bows like the Hunting Bow are quicker on the draw but they are less powerful. These are good for when you have a ton of enemies or want to go Legolas and fire arrows quickly.
Heavy bows like the Ebony are slow on the draw but pack a punch. These are good for taking out powerful enemies and if you have extra time to draw.
Sneaking helps, I don't know why people always seem to shun it...

Don't bother with poisons once you hit later levels as they don't do much damage, if at all.
Enchanting helps but you don't want that...

Its understandable. I like my Ebony Mail on my Khajiit but I always come back to my Guild Master's leather armor. I like the looks and the overall 'feel' of my armor.

Thanks. I'm going to start a new character now for the gazillionth time, and damnit, this time I will actually play him all the way through and finally go through Dawnguard.

Oh for DG archery:
Spoiler
The Crossbow in Dawnguard is a good middle ground between the Light and Heavy bows. They are slowish to draw but they pack a punch. Especially with some of the bolt types.

Light armor, with the right armor and perks, can be amazingly strong.
I did fine with a 1H/Destruction user, and I hear Archery > Destruction for most players.

I don't think there is an actual list of light/heavy bows....

From what I guess http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Weapons I think it ends at Ancient Nord Bow. Don't quote me on it though cause I'm not sure.
